i started having chest pains at 36-37 weeks my doc said its associated with heart burn..which is normal for a pregnant women. i felt it everytime i would breath, it had like a crushing feeling..but dont worry bout it..youll probably get heart burn soon, if you dont already have it..but if the pain persists..call the doc! wont do you any harm..i just waited it out..and the pain slowly went away after a few days..im 39 weeks now..

good luck n merry xmas!!

It depends on how severe the chest pain is. A lot of women, to include myself, experience chest pains when the baby turns head down due to pressure that is put on the lungs. I used to have to sleep sitting up because I felt like I could not breathe. I also saw flashes of light sporadically, but I was told it was because I was taking such shallow and frequent breaths, so I was pretty much hyperventilating. Hope that helps you!

The bright little spots can be if you are still vomiting a lot.

Depends on the chest pain...but go to the ER anyway to make sure.

Call your doctor ASAP. You may need to go to the hospital early.

If at any time the pain becomes crushing, radiates to your left arm or jaw, or you feel like you can't breathe, call 911 or have your partner drive you to the ER right away.
