What do you think of Lance-Boyle?

I like Lance (although it does remind me of the gay Lance Bass), but do not go with Boyle! It reminds me of the skin disease boil:

Why don't you try a different version, like Boyd? I really don't mean to offend you. I respect your taste in names, but Boyle is just not mine. Like I said, sorry. Hope this helps anyways.

I don't care for the unnecessary random hyphenation to begin with, but "Lance-Boyle" is a particularly bothersome combo. You do realize that to "lance a boil" is to insert a needle into the offending infection, then squeeze out the pus. I don't say this in response to a name very often, but that is quite literally a disgusting, poorly-thought-out choice (assuming you were already aware of that), and a poorly-advised one at best (assuming you did not). :(
