pretending to be something your not ?

plus you feel that there going around misportraying you to people trying to make people socially reject you or influence them to reject you.....rubbishing your character.

unfortunatly, ive met many people in my life like this- and regretably, they always make me very angry, where i actually have the urge to physicaly assault them....punch them right out.

but obviously, you cannot react this way...nooo...of course not....and with it being xmas to...wouldnt be festive of me would it ?

so what is the best way to handle people who consistently do this ?

thankyou

stop caring.. people are sh8t, get it? this life is sh8t. it happens to me all the time. people betray you. you arent the only one this happens to. find one person you can trust and call it a day.

Most of the time, when someone goes all around with a negative story about another person, they only make themselves look bad. If the victim of their rumor does nothing, since his honest actions speak for themselves, the rumor-spreader looks even worse! Therefore I would do nothing and ignore it. If another friend comes to you and says, "Do you know what XYZ is saying about you??", reply, "No, and I don't want to. Let's change the subject." You'll see that this will gain you a lot of respect.

If you are play acting then it is your problem but if you are not then it is their problem. Remember life is a circle what you do always comes back to haught you and the same is for them.

Discontinue unhealthy relationships (meaning those that take away from either or both parties) and consider why you are either attracting or are drawn to those people.
