You can boil it until most of the moisture is gone and a sticky residue remains, but it won't resemble anything like scrambled eggs.
There's probably less than one egg per quart of the artificially-flavored stuff that's sold as egg nog these days (which doesn't mean I don't still drink it and love it, especially with a few scoops of orange sherbet).

Probably too watery for scrambled eggs but probably good for French toast. Just dip the bread in & fry on greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon before flipping. Eat with syrup.
