Just look at your neighbors' decorations and add to yours by 20%. This is a pretty good rule to follow. Also, if you are having a Halloween party or gathering tonight or tomorrow, then hire catering. They really pull out the stops and you have more free time to mingle with your guests this way. Also, enlist the aid of some of your pals, to help you set up and decorate, because the more people thinking bout something, the more ideas you can come up with. Merry Halloween to you!
