Josh Towers he has a better W-L record and ERA, but Josh is a really good pitcher who is coming around. But he does play for the Blue Jays who dont have the best offense, but also Runelyvs DOES play for a struggling Kansas City club so it would be hard, but id go with Josh Towers, he has better overall stats.

Josh Towers is a good guy, but I can't believe anyone would call him a "really good pitcher." This is a guy who had ERAs the past two seasons of 5.38 and 8.42, and went 7-20 over the same span. The Jays' offense might not be overpowering, but even a great offense isn't going to win you many games when you're giving up more than five runs. I'd also point out that he's no longer with the Jays, and is in fact a free agent.
Luckily for Towers, Hernandez might be the one guy worse than him - in fact, he's so bad that he pitched himself out of a spot with the lowly Royals. He couldn't even make it to the bigs last year, and had an ERA over 4 in the minors. He's so unwanted that he pitched for three organizations last season, and is again a free agent. He does NOT pitch for the Royals, and hasn't done so since 2006.
I guess, then, that I'd pick Towers in this "duel," by a score of 11-9. For those two, that's not too bad.

Definetely Josh Towers. He has much better command, although he can give up lots of hits. Hernandez struggles with walks and getting the strikeout. He's always had an ERA over 5.00, whereas Towers has had years near 4.00.
