How do I get the label off a shirt i washed and dried with the label on it?

I have an Under Armour shirt 90% polyester, 10% lycra that I washed and dried with a round label on it. The paper from the label is gone, but the sticky part is still affixed to the shirt. I've washed twice, and no improvement. Any advice?
