None.

However the places where I have eaten that have a "chef" on staff are usually the better ones because one can "order to taste" versus settling for the menu items.

Not cheap but good. From the side walk I don't mind Landry's in San Antonio Texas. Low grease, good taste and fine wine selection.

The breakfast takeout buffet at Alessi's Bakery - YEAH! Scrambled eggs, 6 pieces of bacon, fresh biscuits, VERY good coffee, and the condiments, $4.25! Can't eat it EVERY day, but gotta say that's just the best deal in town and it kick-starts the day! Whoo-hoo, AND they make a superb "mischbrot" loaf, too!
