Most centipedes are large and poisonous and unpleasant. You can imagine that sometimes they'd be eaten by insectivores that live in the same region -- lizards, scorpions, tarantulas, some birds.
I once found a centipede in a black widow's web.

When I was camping in Hawaii I got "bit" by one in the night on the ear. It felt like someone hit me on the head with a baseball bat. I got up and saw it running and it hit it a steel pot. It just bounced and kept running. I hit it several times and I finally got it when it ran over a rock. The ants were eating it the next day but I doubt anything would have eaten it if it were healthy. The thing was about a foot long.
This is a Hawaiian centipede like the one that envenomated me. I would much prefer sleeping with snakes to centipedes.

Since centipedes hide under rocks and rotten wood allday and come out at might. I'd say any naimnsl that is also nocturnal and maybe capable of turning overa rock or log or usea tool to get at it for food during the day.
If i remember correctly a few TRF spcies do eat them at night.
