We can't leave Santa cookies tonight because we don't have any ingredients at the moment, we used them all in the past couple days, and we can't go out today. What can we leave for the old fat guy?

We tried that once. He wanted various cheeses to put on the crackers. Then he got thirsty, so we had to put out an assortment of drinks. Since then we have consistently left him cookies. We do change up the cookies every year though.

If I were Santa, of which I am not, I would be very happy with any kind of food item that you can make for me, candy will do in a pinch. Santa loves candy bars.

Around our house, Santa has left hints that the keys to a Porsche would be welcome. And, again this year, we are going to have to disappoint the old guy. Sorry, Santa!
