What are EMO's, not sure about them?

I kinda' hear them a lot nowadays and im confused

emo is short for emotional and basically emo's are people who wear a lot of black and are sad all the time. they're kind of like goths.

EMO's stands for emotional. It people that always throw a pity party for themselves, but nobody comes. EMOs are people that never grew up, haven't cut loose the apron strings from mom.
Their mantra is "woe is me".
