most bad character traits are not specific to race, peole should hate bad character traits, rather than try to identify them to an individual race. Most bad character traits are not limited to just 1 group of people.

There is no term for this but psychologically speaking it as an accurate and non-predicial evaluation. For example we Jews have Jewish jokes about how Jews like high quality and are willing to pay for it but also want the best deals they can find.

For example a black judge with his own judge TV show says that blacks are more predijuced than whites. You can not say that he is a racist but a smart person and a good judge otherwise he would not have his own TV show.

We Jews call non-Jewish women "shiksas" and it is a deragotory term. So we think that we are better than non-Jews being the chosen people and all (NOT TRUE OF EVERYONE--JUST A GENERALIZATION). 80% of Nobel prize winners are Jewish. Newsweek said that the 3 most influential people in the world in the last 100 years are Einstein, Karl Marx and Freud-- all Jewish. The guy who bought the world trade towers and got 6 billion insurance on them is Jewish.

If someone is racist against their own race, they are still simply racist, basically holding the belief that certain race(s) have inherently superior qualities than others. I can't find a definition for being racist against one's own race... so I suppose I would call that "self-loathing."

Check out the Minority Identity Development Model. This person would be within the Conformity Stage in which they identify with the dominant culture. Subsequent stages are Dissonance, Resistance and Immersion, Introspection, and Synergistic.
