Very Carefully!!!!
First you should run spyware programs, in safe mode.
Like adware and superantispyware.
You can also download ccleaner, it cleans the registry.
BUT make sure you export (backup) the registry after the spyware and before ccleaner.
Messing up the registry is the end of computer.

You only want to do this if you are an expert in computers. (You don't sound like you are an expert). If you remove the wrong registry keys, you will have to reinstall your platform.
Go to start, in your tray, run and type in: regedit and click on "ok". Your registry will open, and then open HKEY CURRENT USER, open SOFTWARE, and look down the list of registry keys for the name of the file you want to remove from your registry. Make damn sure that you remove the correct key, or you are going to have serious problems.
Make sure you also go to start, run and type in: c://program files and open browse, open program files and look for the file, if found delete.
Now go to start, search and type in the name of the file and let your PC, search for all related files with the name. And then delete from top to bottom.

AVG anti virus from download.com
