Post-encephalitic means "following encephalitis."

Okay, I searched and found this word in the book "The Political History of England."

Dolicho-cephalic means that the width from ear-to-ear is considerably less than the length from the eyes to the back of the head. This means the head is abnormally long.

I don't know about "dolicholcephalistic," but "dolichocephalic" means "having a long head." It refers to a cranial structure having a cephalic index below 76. The cranial/cephalic index is computed by taking ratio of the maximum breadth to the maximum length of the skull, multiplied by 100. Hope this is what you needed.
