Hey I hate to panhandle, but it is the season of giving.

If you have any old youth hockey gear collecting dust in the garage/basement, you could donate it hear and it will go to helping the game grow in new places. (Or you could just buy something from the merch section. lol)

Notice the .org. Nobody is trying to make any money, so save me the lecture.

Anyway, Happy Holidays everyone and I don't really care where you donate it, but if you have some old gear laying around, donate it and you might be giving a kid a chance he wouldn't have had otherwise to enjoy the game we love so much. (steps off soapbox)

Oh yeah, a question, ummmm......who should I pick up for my fantasy team, David Hale or Greg Zanon?

Who knows? The stuff you donate could put the next Sid on the ice, whether you give it to your local minor hockey club or whoever. Its good to see the gnome is doing his part.

Joe- is "go down" Flyer fan talk for get suspended again? If it keeps up, I give you a decent chance of getting some time centering Tolpeko and Dowd.

Great idea, never heard of these guys before. We used to donate my son's stuff to the hockey moms when it no longer fit him. They'd use the money to subsidize registration for needy kids. This looks like a similar situation.
Happy Holiday to all.

Oh, and take Dave Zanon, he'll do great.

I'd take Zanon cause I don't know how good you'd look in a Hale sweater:)

I'll definitely check out the website and see if I can help.Us Irishmen got to stick together.

BTW-Zam another reason I wear my jersey,John Stevens might have a couple players go down and he's going to look around the stands for a replacement and while everybody is in their suits I'll be there in my #10 Leclair jersey ready to go.
OK sorry-now I'll stop.

That's pretty cool! Ireland has a pretty good hockey program, I remember they did a special on NHL.com about it. They are doing good things. It's great to see people trying to help hockey grow in other parts of the world.

Errr...... go with David Hale. He's from Colorado Springs!
