Can I set my paypal account to receive payment from a direct credit card charge?

Assume that this seller does not want to open a Paypal account and just wants me to use her credit card to charge for the items she is buying online from me, can I set my Paypal account to receive the credit card funds?

No the person has to have a PayPal account for you to receive payment from her.

Otherwise she should send you a money order.
