Absolutely. My worst experience was when typing a paper for a friend who needed it for a class 10 minutes earlier (in my defense, THAT'S when I got it). The first 2 pages were perfect, but somewhere about 2/3 of the way through, my fingers got off and most of the last page was total gibberish - Martian or Venusian or some other undiscovered language. =O There was no time to proof, just print and run. Luckily, her prof had a sense of humor and allowed her to re-submit that page. =)

I work in the dark so many many times I'm typing something strange...it's not so bad in here because it can be corrected, but it happens a lot in IM's and I feel embarrassed as to what people must think of my typing since I talk with people overseas a lot.

Yessss. All the time. A lot I'll type a happy face and then send it and then look and I've accidentally typed a sad face.

yes, even w/ the little marks on the keys telling me where to put the pointer fingers for the home keys.
