Should I go to Chili's and the mall in my uniform?

My friends are all leaving for the mall at 11:00 on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I am serving my detention from 5PM-9PM this day for something going on at my school, and I have to be there in my school uniform.

My friends aren't leaving the mall until like 6:00. But I was thinking that I could go with for a little bit and then head over to school, which is about a seven minute walk away. But I cannot go home and change, because that's like a thirty minute walk away (each way) and I don't want to be carrying a bag or backpack around for six hours because most stores will not let you in if you have a bag or backpack.

So should I go to the mall in my school uniform? Or should I just sit at home?

well you could go in your school uniform but you could always put jewelry on to make it a little better. and who cares if your in your uniform, if you are worried about what people think dont go. but instead of thinking about what people think you look like in your uniform make it a joke type thing

Just go in your uniform - you will be fine and it is better to have fun with your friends than worry about the uniform. Just loosen the look so you are more comfortable. Good Luck!
