Rough, but depends on the individual, some would say rough others would not, it is just outside city centre, very busy roads, mainly terraced, some council some private, shops, pubs and about 6 schools

mixture of both. Closest town? I think you need to say what it is your lookin for. Liverpool City Centre is just a bus ride away form Old Swan
