I heard Santa wraps an ace bandage around the leg and makes the reindeer work until all the presents are delivered, then he takes the reindeer in for surgery.

I got a dead reindeer as a xmas present one year! Although it didn't have a broken leg, I think he just ran out of gifts.

They fly don't they? What would it matter if it's leg was broken. But maybe they just blend it up and feed it to the other reindeer to send a message.

Santa Makes Venison.

After all when a hoofed animal breaks a leg, they are going to get laminitis.

Might as well make some venison and get some backstrap out of it.

Make an artificial leg for it. Maybe aluminum or ox horn substance.
