is that a dress shirt (neck size) you're referring to?

if it is, it is considered to be a XL.

mens large maybe med you say your a size 17 I didn't know there was a size 17 thought it was a size 16 then 18

it depends in what

in shoes- thats real big
in clothes -thats a small but i dont think they run in those sizes they go by inches i
