When people yell at me I mean adults, I cry easily. Not my parents cuz I guess I"m used to them but like teachers yell at me.

I rarely get in trouble with teachers but when I do, I'll start to cry. If not my eyes will water. How can I not cry so easily?

try to think about good things in your life and not to think to much about what they are talking about so much. it takes practice to do that but its very possible. i do that all the time so i dont ever cry.

When a person cry it shows a place they need to be healed. I used to cry alot after my son passed away but I started working on healing myself & never cry anymore about the things I worked on. This is why certain things make us cry & others don't it is showing us areas we can learn to think about in better ways. Sometimes you might be surprised at what makes you cry. I saw Bill Clinton on tv last week & he looked great. He had just raised a fortune to go to some poor people in some foreign land that will help this people with their health. I remember one other time noticing him looking well & I then I remembered it was again after he raised money for something else for charity. I started to cry because of how people treated him. Instead of forgiving him for something that didn't kill anyone & looking honestly at all the good he has done for people. So that made me cry & yet other things I have dealt with don't bother me at all.

. Try this. Imagine you're a person who is so tough, NOthing effects you! Imagine you are Laura Croft [Tomb Raider] who never cries. Of course nobody but you knows you're bluffing. Practice in front of a mirror.
First, imagine you're a nasty teacher YELLing at you. Then you're Laura Croft telling that teacher, or whoever, not to yell at you. You understand what they're saying without all the Dramatics! And raise your chin a little when you talk to them. You are NOT Scared!
Like any actor, it just takes Practice.

Thats similair to me. Your just very sensitive I guess. And it must be a instant reaction for your eyes to water. When I'm getting yelled at by a teacher either my eyes start to water or I burst out laughing lol. Just dont take it seriously. Or dont even pay attention to what their saying. Alot of the time the teachers when telling you off they tell you to look at their face. This is just a little trick of theirs which usually scares the crap out of kids. So if it helps, dont look at them. Look at your book or at whatevers close. Or think about something funny that happened recently and replay that in your head. But be careful to not do what I do and start laughing otherwise you'll really be in for it!

Just think of something happy and if you get angry at the teachers curse them in your head. Don't say it aloud! I know how you feel. I rarely get yelled by teachers too.

I tend to do that sometimes as well. I do it because I'm so upset... it just happens. Don't pay attention to your tears. Pay attention to the situation. And if you cry, SO WHAT? Don't care. Crying is such a petty thing. If you need to cry, it's best to just let it out. Don't hold in all your emotions. It's not healthy.

when they start yelling or saying things that will make you mad, count 1 to 10 in your mind and you will miss out what they were saying.

Crying is OK, but not being a crybaby. Even little babies are sometimes crybabies. A crybaby will try to cry even if he does not have a cry in him. But if you do have it in you, it's OK, and resisting it just makes it a better cry.
