for getting new ATM card whom to contact in the branch or you make the branch to send the valid ATM card immediately. with out expaired card i am very much feeling uncomfortability with your services.

We are not responsible for your problem.
Stop acting like we are responsible.
Go to your bank and talk to them in person.
Tell them you have not received a new card.
If you're uncomfortable with the services from your bank, TALK TO THEM! NOT TO US.

Usually banks send new ATM cards automatically on expiry, but in your case you have to contact bank manager of the branch where your account is

You will have to wait until the day after Christmas to speak to someone regarding your expired ATM card replacement as today and tomorrow are both Federal holidays and banks are not open.
