working sinces one year in the company ,now found new job so the new company ready to sponsor me but my dout is the current employer can ban me from entering the country.u.a.e please answer me...thankyou

No,only the country itself could do that............

If the new employer will sponsor you then go to work for the new employer. Don't worry about the existing employer. I don't think they can do anything about you moving to a new company. Slavery was outlawed in the USA in 1864 so your freedom of movement from one company to another is unencumbered. Good luck in America.

I doubt the first company can ban you, it's a government thing not controlled companies.
