I was just looking over Black Sabbath's lyrics at blacksabbath.com - and I mean to tell you, they're some kind of telling, my friend! Americans need to take note - before HE takes account. It's looking grim, pal...

The stuff is kind of old really, so if it is a warning I have two things to say. One it is a warning to the Repulicans almost 20 years ago, and two, it is kind of luke warm if nothing happened after all this time. I do think some of the lyrics are thought inspiring though. A lot of good lyrics never reach their target because the bands that write them alienate the people it is intended to reach. So the end up as songs for the disillusioned instead.

They are speaking to everyone in general, but protestant preachers and Republicans are the ones that give Black Sabbath the most grief over there lyrics so they write songs to intentionally make them mad. It also helps to sell records.

So you're saying that Black Sabbath has the power to tell the future and they aren't just a bunch of over the hill drugged out rockers?

Who knew they had that much power?

Well there may be some intent in a certain direction, but the main purpose behind any commercial song lyric is to sell records in as large a quantity as humanly possible.

Yes, all Americans should take advice from the lyrics of a drug induced Ozzy Osbourne (insert sarcastic eye rolling).

YES! ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY OZZY! KNOWER OF ALL THINGS!

Come on, really? Ozzy and all of the other members of Black Sabbath only know two things, the "F" word and dope.

The more dope you smoke, the more rock lyrics make sense.

Their brains are total mush!

Gimme a break, kid! Ozzy's about as politically motivated as Joe Walsh.
