I have flown over the Pole many times on my way to Japan, and it's all ice and snow. I would go if it was something that you really wanted to do, but it would not be my first choice.

Possibly....but I don't think I have any clothes which would be warm enough! You know I am not so keen on the cold....it would be fun to meet Santa and the reindeer, though!
