i am married since 1 and a half year. i m living separtely from my wife since 9 months. we dont have any sort of understanding. m very much mentally harrassed by her. we dont share a gud husband wife relationship physcially and mentally.
i need divorce but she's not filing any case and is not ready to go for mutual consent. i dont want to file any case against her myself cos otherwise i'll need to pay money...which i cant afford. and also m worried if she files any false case against me for dowry. give me a suggestion as how can i easily get a divorce without paying much money. i want the case to finish as soon as possible. also we dont have any issue(child)

If you dont want to pay...just sit and make sure she gives up.....and files for a divorce....which can be forever....if she decides not to take a divorce and still live separately...

she cannot put any charges on u....u need to consult a good lawyer....the rights in india protects indian women alot.....

make amends...of possible....or simply sit

just keep in mind... great relationships take time and effort! It takes more than 1 year to have a great relationship! But, if you are ready to give up (which is all this country does), there is no cheap way!!!! You'll pay good money for it any way you try!!

In Michigan you can buy a Michigan Divorce Book and do it yourself. See if your state has one. I did it and all together it cost me $200 and he didn't do anything or pay anything. It was so worth it and took about 3 months. Good luck.

Pony up the coin and start the divorce process or you risk only prolonging your misery.

Isn't an easy divorce an oxymoron?
