The joker is the main villian in it,
but what about secondary villians or minor enemies.

Well it's already been confirmed that Harvey Dent/Two-Face is being played by Aaron Eckhart, but I;m not sure if he is actually going to be Two-Face in the movie.

Harvey Dent / Two Face will be the new DA to replace Rachel boss who was killed in Batman Bagins. We probably see him with some split personality even before he gets the acid thrown in his face by the end of the movie.
Scarecrow returns.
Gansters Sal Moroni and Gambol
Maybe a cameo of Harley Quinn (HQ) as a new doctor in AA after Dr. Jonathan Crane (Scarecrow) left. Dr. HQ would receive the Joker as a new inmate, fall in love with him, and help him escape (But all this for a new movie).
Last Anthony Michael Hall has been casted but not sure if he will be a good guy or bad guy.

i read somewhere on IGN.com that the scarecrow makes a brief appearance and someone on youtube said Two-Face was in the last 30 minutes of the film. so, those could be more villians.
