Itchy Down There!!?

I really itchy down there, do you think i have a yeast infection. Do you any home remedies, they told me i should put vinegar, but i think it will sting me. Ouch. Thanks.

Don't use any home remedies on your area unless your mother (or parent) okays it first.
It's probably a yeast infection which can be cured very easily with an over the counter medicine. Do not be embarrassed... you can get a yeast infection from a million different things. It could be hormonal changes or it could've been from a prescription drug you recently took.
They now sell kits that can "test" you & find out if it is a yeast infection without having to go to the doctor. Use one of those, but don't self diagnose yourself without the kit. Talk to your mom or another female adult you trust to guide you.

If you just shaved your bikini line or waxed or anything like that you'll be itchy a few days later.

If you're burning itchy and it wont stop then yeah, its a yeast infection. Ive heard you can put yogurt up there, but that makes NO sense since the issue is a yeast bacteria, which is commonly already found IN yogurt.

Just go pay 6 bucks for a 7 day treatment. Or pay more for a 3 or one day. Its worth it to have it gone.

Symptoms:
itching and irritation
redness, swelling, or itching
a thick, white discharge that can look like cottage cheese and is nearly odorless
pain or burning

If you have any of these symptoms, see your doctor or get an over the counter cream or pill. Cream takes up to a week and the pill takes 2 days . It's easy to confuse the symptoms of a yeast infection with those of some STDs and other infections.

I am not a girl but i know that my g.f had itchy feeling down there and found out she had a yeast infection. There was a strange odor there too that she complained about and when she went to the doctor it was confirmed. I know she had to put a tablet inside her private area but i am not sue what it was. Vinegar mixed w/water is what is used to douche, but it will have zero effect on a yeast infection. Are you sexually active? Because, you could have yeast or an STD. Get it checked by the doctor.

Dilute vinegar with water and put it in a container with a lid. Put cotton balls in the solution. Put a wet cotton ball in like a tampon every time you use the bathroom. If it's not bad, it will kill the yeast. It shouldn't sting unless you have it really bad, or do not put enough water in the vinegar. about 1\4c vinegar to 1c water.

there r many ointments & creams on medical stores
but u have asked for Home Remedy.. which is a nice step. especially for skin iritating matters.

rub honey at the spot of itching before going to bed. it may sting u a bit. but bear it
it will cover fastly and smoothen ur skin..
in the morning it must be some relax there

go buy a 7 day treatment of monistat ultra.

if that doesn't work, go get tested for stds

lol sometiems stuff can get stuck down there..try cutting some hair down there..it won't stink and it will make it stop itching i have to do that.

if you shaved, then that's definetly the reason. sometiems you jsut need to take a shower. good luck.
