Welcome back again Foooooood Dude. I commend you on the number of violations and suspensions you get. I made it to level 6 and then they suspended me!!!
The only thing that I can say is that if Santa's "sack" is really red I'd worry about it. It sounds like some type of infection or itchy something.
I'd just ask for my gift and keep on keeping on!!1

Get some Resinol from the pharmacy. You gotta ask for it special, but you don't need a 'script. We use it on the babies when their diaper rash is ferocious--it might help with Santa's red sack problem.
