My left eye does the same thing. Usually when I'm nervous or in a postion where the attention is on me in a group. I'm not a nervous type or lacking in self confidence, so don't assume your friend is as well. It is just an uncontrollable twitch that tends to compound itself when I notice it, and even more when others notice it. Be a friend and pretend you don't notice it. Eventually, you won't notice it.

Sometimes the nerves in people's bodies twitch for various reasons.

It's like when one of your headphones breaks in and out.

It could potentially be solved by facial massage, focussing on the eye area, if it's a simple nervous twitch.

It is called a tic. It is a nerve thing. Probably some underlying stress. She probably doesn't even know why. She can try some relaxation techniques to try to minimize it. Don't make a big deal about it though, she is propbably self concious about it.

Why would anyone say she's crazy?!??!?

No, it's generaly a nervous tic...some people twitch their fingers, some people fidget, she apparently does this.

Sometimes i do this too....i'm very fidgety, and when i can't move, i'll start twiching a little...it's annoying, but dosn't hurt or anything.

No. She isn't crazy. It is probubly just a reflex thing. Or could even be a hearing thing. Certain tones may make her wince. Anyway so what.

consider the discipline nlp?

She may just feel intimidated, on the other hand she could be nervous, from trying to hide something from you, good or bad...
