My business partner, Jacob Marley, died seven years ago, (dead as a doornail)and now i am seeing his ghost everywhere! I saw his face on my doorknocker, on the carvings on his mantelpiece, then the bells in the house started ringing, and the ghost of Marley appeared, wearing a long chain, with the objects, representing his sins (ledgers, money boxes, keys and so on). He talked to me and said that I would wear the same chain after I died, and mine would be longer (I am in a money lending business)! He told me to change my ways, and that three more ghosts would visit me! I do not drink, do not smoke, do not take drugs, in a good health, and had some gruel for supper! What should I do?

You really need to stop being so darned stingy! You've got more money than you could ever spend, but nobody likes you. When you die, nobody will attend your funeral.
Do something kind, for a change. For example, buy a big goose, and send it to your nephew's family for their Christmas dinner. Then go visit them. I think you'll be surprised to find that they will welcome you with open arms!

Interesting. No, I don't think so. I haven't noticed anything odd or unusual. I did spend a lot of time in this Victorian house that was built in 1860 and saw/heard quite a few odd things. At night, sometimes it seemed like the house came alive. We heard what sounded like people moving luggage up and down the stairs. The bedroom door all of a sudden just opened slowly like someone was coming in. Apparently the people that owned the house before had been known to leave during the night afraid. I was sitting at the top of one of the staircases and I felt like a cat was walking behind me, close but not touching. No. The only cat in the house was in the bathroom quite a distance away eating. I could see him. It could not have been him. He's fast but not that fast. My boyfriend's father thought he let the cat out but he didn't. He saw the cat a few minutes later. He was like, what cat did I let out? There is only one cat. Nothing really scarey happened. We just said, well that was strange when weird things happened. I had spent a few nights in the house by myself with the cat.

It does not seem that you feel in any way threatened by your friend Jacob Marley, and it appears he is offering you a message of significance.
I have had many experiences with spirits, and have recently written a book about spirit visitations. Perhaps it will answer some of the questions you may have about why some people have difficulties crossing over.
I wish you the best in helping your friend (as I see you can have conversations with him), and as far as I can see in what I have read, the message he is giving you is of great importance.

I just wouldn't worry about. Heed the warning, though, maybe it just means that you will be tempted soon and you need to be careful not to make a really bad decision. I'd sleep on it and not really worry, but keep a wary eye. Best of luck!
