Could it be because he chose Bill Clinton to send around the world with his father as a representative during some disasters?

Oh yea, It must be Bill Clinton's fault that we invaded and occupied a country that did not, and could not possibly, attack the US. Damn you Bill Clinton!!

No not at all, Bush asked Bill Clinton to do this because his reputation was and still is so bad around the world and Bill Clinton's reputation as president is so respected around the world...But it is what it is..No one can clean up Bush's image.

He didnt choose any1, Bush 41 and Clinton are doing it themselves as part of Clintons Global Initiative, hes actually doing some GOOD for the world, unlike ur bush43 who only knows how to bomb places like a ***** moron. Damn u ask a stupid question.

Bill Clinton is very well liked around the world. It's one decision that Bush made that makes sense.

President bush planned 9/11 and had the order carried out. He used the attacks to invade afghanastan. His "intelligence" lead him to the largest oil producer Iraq. Now does this answer questions.

YEah compared to those two, Bush jr. looks like a loser, so that makes perfect sense.
Sending those two would almost be like false advertisement......Send someone the world admires and respects, when the guy they don't respect is making the decisions.
