At 16, most boys are not yet men, and they have more changes to go through. So, don't worry about it. Besides, self-consciousness is the death of style, and potential admirers - be it girls or guys - can pick up on that unconsciously. Those who are content with themselves, no matter what their looks, are just automatically attractive.
