They don't, plain and simple. I've said it a million times, but I'll say it again...yes, Hawaii has a great offense, a Heisman nominated QB and three top 10 receivers, but when you play the likes of Fresno State, it's easy to be great and go undefeated. Georgia is fast, strong, blood-thirsty, and out to prove they could have been National Champs. We have seen great offenses all year, and our "too young" Georgia D chewed them up and spit them out. Did you see how many times Tebow got sacked on Oct. 27? Did you watch any of the UGA-Auburn game? If not, you should. The Dawgs proved themselves to be great on defense. We're gonna plop a piece of pineapple on Colt's butt and have a luau, Southern style!

What does East Carolina beating Boise St. have to do with Hawaii's game? Are you judging the outcome based upon the results of the Hawaii Bowl? I hope you're not a gambling man because if you use that logic you'll go bankrupt.
The only way Hawaii would be blown out is if the Sugar Bowl were to be played outdoors on grass. As it is, the game is played indoors on turf. Georgia is Big and Fast and yes, Hawaii has not seen a team like Georgia at all this year, but has Georgia seen a team like Hawaii ever? Troy (Sunbelt) was able to move the ball and score on Georgia. Hawaii is better and more explosive than Troy. Hawaii does have a defense that could hold Georgia to under 40 points. Can Georgia hold Hawaii to under 50 points will be the question. Hawaii is use to running all game long. Can Georgia's defense run with them the entire game? Maybe, we'll have to see...
Either way I think it'll be an exciting game, in my opinion. If you don't want to watch it, by all means...it's your choice but I think you'll be missing out on one of the better bowl games of this season.

Hawaii does have a chance, but they won't win. People always point out Hawaii's fast receivers and spread em out offense. If you think UGA hasn't seen fast receivers and spread pass heavy offenses this year you're crazy. Either way I definitely missed that pick, I had Boise all the way. I hadn't seen ECU play a game all year though.
UGA has a very young D and I think they've gotten better all year. Pointing out flaws in UGA's games this year to back up ideas of why Hawaii is better is hilarious. I said it on here before but UGA is no Charleston Southern or Utah State.

Hawaii's got one of the best QBs in the nation and Ian Johnson did not play for Boise and he single handedly won for them in the Fiesta Bowl

Hawaii is overrated. Georgia is a powerhouse and has been one of the hottest teams. SEC has speed..Hawaii hasn't seen that. They're not Boise St from last year so don't compare them. So what they beat Boise this year? Boise sucks.
Andy S--I'd like to know where you get your numbers. Hawaii hasn't sent more players to the NFL then any other team.

They don't. I've been saying this all along. Georgia's speed and talent is unlike anything Hawaii's ever seen. If Hawaii was scheduled a game against a legit college team and not one with High School talent, they'd be more prepared.
