Rather than sit complaining to myself and others I've called 1-800 GAPSTYLE and within 2 minutes was connected to customer relations. I've called 5 times and got right through to a HUMAN!
I've asked how dumping jet fuel in the ocean is supposed to help sell clothes.
As yet, no one there has a good answer for that.
