To the mountains. I like getting away from the big city and back to the peacefulness of the mountains and small towns. I usually just stay a few days, sometimes visit places I used to live, and reconnect with my past/beginning.

Cape Town in SA - and i feed the squirrels in the Company Gardens or just sit and look at the mountain

I go into my mind and i day dream. I usually find what i am looking for in my day dreams and i end up feeling very serene and peacful.

i go to inside my room and close the door i find myself there or maybe stand in the window

when i'm in ma bedroom alone writing ma diary or a new poem that i have got it in ma mind i often feel relaxed to write ma emotions and thought in that copybook with that pen and with maself

I go to the high country (Arizona) and go on a vision quest. my people have done it forever!
