on the exterior you do sound maximum suitable. while one looks deeper, in spite of the shown fact that, all of it gets somewhat muddy. forget he's a NUTTER. What if it became into you and that they stated you have been a nutter. Then they're effectively locking you up and throwing away the main. The "rule of regulation" in fact says that no authority can workout capability devoid of lawful authority. by no longer giving him a minimum of a few form of launch date then we are certainly breaching his rights. Have a think of roughly it. It DOES stick in the craw yet after a whilst it does make experience. xxFJ

No, the person who attacked him is also a mentally disordered offender and of a similar ilk - not going to reward someone for committing a violent act when they are serving for a similar offence.

In my opinion, he should not be punished either! ;-)

No.

His punishment is to be isolated from society, to have his freedom taken away. NOT to be bullied or maimed by some other psychopath.

The way we choose to treat our prisoners is a reflection of us as a society.

His punishment is to live in fear for the rest of his life. In fact until he comes out in a box.
His victims experienced huge fear before he killed them and their relatives live with that everyday. No compassion at all for him.
