I think it is very cute and original. Were you or your husband in the Navy? (I'm sure you get that question a lot!) I do also think Navy would be cute as a boys' name. No offense, but I'm not a huge fan of the way you spelled MiKalla, just because it would be confusing when it comes to spelling and pronunciation. Otherwise, I think it is a sweet and pretty name. Hope this helps!

I think Navy is a very cute name, though I don't care for the spelling of the middle name. It looks like it would be pronounced Mi-call-a instead of mikayla.

Mikalla does not properly spelle Ma-Kay-Lah like you want it to. Save your kid some heartahce and spell it clores to the correct pronounciation. MiKalla reads Mi-Kah-lah (same "a" sound).

i also don't like the spelling of mikalla, but overall its a very cute name.
my grandfather fought two wars in the navy. wwii and the korean war.
i have a son named sam, but maybe i can convince my husband to let me name our next baby navy - if its a boy or a girl.
:)

poor kid! i do not like the awful misspelling of mikalla which is over used and boring at best sorry but this "unique" spelling just makes this name even more hideous!!!navy????? why????? i hope she is cute and doesn't get fat and is really smart so she can deal with this name? sorry really it is just awful!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Navy is kind of cute. I would spell Mikayla the right way, though.

I love the originality of it.
I wanted to call my daughter [If its a girl]
Fuschia. Like the colour. But my Boyfriend
said no. So we settled on Kayden.
