Hey, I've found a good website which includes things like cheerleading fitness, moves and how to do them, plus tips and warnings. I can't really explain everything here, and this website pretty much has it all :]. Hope it helps. X

Your very light for your height, which is a good thing but I would work on some muscle building because most people who are that light, are very flubbery and cellulitey, not saying that you are :). But you know muscle weighs more than fat so if you weigh 87 lbs that is very light so try and gain some muscle. Work lots on cardio and do cardio while wearing ankle and wrist weights to add it some weight training too!
Yes work on your tumbling a bit get it back to where it left off! If it never started anywhere, get a round off at least before you approach the coach!
If you have friends still on the team as them to teach you all the cheers so you will impress the coach when you all ready know them all!
Good Luck :)

If you've cheered before, you already know what the most important things are: flexibility, tumbling, balance (if you fly, which I'm assuming by your size you do.) So work on those, in addition to doing cardio to get your heart and lungs in shape and light weight lifting to tone your muscles.

Work on your tumbling at a gym. Start working out to build up strength, flexibility, and endurance. If you need exercise ideas or would like to work out with some shows on TV, there's a list on the site below.
Good luck!

I would say go back to tumbling, to make sure you still have your tumbling skills and get them back up to par. If you have friends that are still cheering, ask them what's up with the team lately- what cheers you guys are using, what skills the coaches want the most, etc. And then work on that stuff. Good luck!

nicely the final workout habitual could be understanding on a number of your strikes. Kill 2 birds with one stone. For legs walk on a fifteen% incline for 10-15mins on a treadmill. Do lunges and then upload handweights once you recuperate. Abs do planks and chook canines.
