I am applying for universities this year. I currently live in the UK and i am applying in the UK. Also studying a BTEC.
There is a website which all UK colleges tell you to use to apply to univeristy. It is www.ucas.com
There maybe stuff for those who wanted to study over here from another contry but they can guide you through the process and maybe give you some advice.
The websites contains infomation such as, every single course that is currently at UK universities, you can search for specific courses or specific universities. If you get onto that stage then you can look at the specific requirements for the course you want to do, also living at campus, directs you onto their website, scolarship, bursary and finance information.
Take a look it may help you, theres loads on it. It is the main directory to applying for university. One bit of advice if you finish your course in june 08 like me i'd hurry spaces are going fast!
Hope it helps! x

Hmmm, have you considered doing finishing your B. Tech in England? Or perhaps doing a summer program?
Your current institution may have partnership with a university in England (or even Ireland or Scotland) - this way you will have a better sense of what it is like to study there without putting in a full investment - remember studying as a foreign student is far from cheap. Check with student services/guidance at your school (that's what your tuition fees pay for *grin*)
By the by, I spotted an internship program in Wales that looked intriguing. Otherwise, try the Open University as a start.
Good luck.

No offence but, you'll probably have to do a course to improve your English language skills, or else you could run into some major hurdles, socially or academically, in those countries.
As for post-grad education options in the UK: why don't you try this link from the Prospects site?
Alternatively, you could get in touch with your local British Council branch.

I guarantee that you will not get into any university with that horrendous spelling and atrocious grammar; I guess high schools give diplomas to anyone, these days. :,(

Ha Ha ... Good try. Your terrible spelling and grammar show you can't possibly be serious.

to get into university one first needs to be able to spell.
once you can, UCCA http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universities_Central_Council_on_Admissions
will be able to help you decide.
your school teacher will also be a good starting point
