The Awakening is by Kate Chopin.
It's not really spiritual but it is a great journey of a woman's sexual and self discovery.
I am very spiritual, but I love stories of the Virgin Mary who by some man's decision claimed she remained a virgin her whole life. Hogwash. She was a spiritual woman who bore a son who made a difference in the world no matter if you believe him to be the Lord or a prophet. Her spiritual journey is a significant piece of literature.

Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. Hot bestseller right now. Hard to find though. Great and funny book about a woman who had it all, but it wasnt enough. She goes on a journey to find herself.
