The Cowboys, Colts, Packers, Giants, Seattle, San Diego, Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, and Tampa Bay are all likely to have limited play for at least some key roster positions. However, this may also provide an opportunity for a few pickups among the backups that will see expanded playing time.

Other teams that are out of the running may also give expanded playing time to some marginal players to evaluate the need for moves during the off season.

I think the Colts will, along with the Giants, Bucs, and Dallas. I think the Pats will play the starters until they have a comfortable lead. They wany that 16-0 record!!!!

Indianapolis, Dallas, and perhaps Green Bay.

The Patriots won't, mostly because of pride and they want to make history by being only the second team in NFL history to ever have a perfect season.

None will sit them the entire game but do not expect the starters to play much more than a couple quarters.

Colts, Packers & Cowboys, not my beloved Pats, because we want to be the second team to go unbeaten in a regular season.

Patriots (probably 2nd half)
Colts (Dungy is the master of benching)
** Chargers (if they win tonight next week they will bench early)
** Steelers (if the Chargers win tonight they will bench next week)

(** means that they are fighting for #3 seed. #3 seed means avoiding New England for one more week.)

Jacksonville (locked in #5)
Dallas (nothing to play for)
Green Bay (nothing to play for)
Seattle (locked in #3)
Tampa Bay (locked in #4)
Giants (locked in #5)
