I am so happy, I could burst. Happiness does not come from what we have or where we are. Happiness is surrounding our own selves with wonderfrul family and friends, and being unselfish, and looking at this great creation with awe. Others can temporily make us unhappy for a few moments, but real happiness is within. I know that I am a good person and know that I have contributed to making the earth a better place to live. I know my kindness has lifted up people. I am so happy I could burst right here right now.

Mostly, yes!
I have just come to the grips with the fact that happiness is an 'inside job', and I have to start being happier working on myself rather than other folks or things. That being said, I have also come to grips with the fact that my 'job' cannot provide the happiness I am looking for in my life and am actually now ready to move on.I am not sure what I 'want to be when I grow up', but I know now more of what kind of job I want. The job is not supposed to define who we are. But really, we are always somehow defined by what we do for a living. I just want to be happy and doing something I enjoy.

Well, I can say I am happy right at this moment right now. Though I am hiding some feelings right now which is why I am happy. Feelings in life change from time to time. Things happen in life to make you feel different feelings other then happinest. I do not think anyone can honestly say that they are truly happy since everyone has some desire some little thing that they would like to change which makes it not true happiness.

YES!
i have a wonderful husband, many fantastic friends, a cozy (although messy) house, a good job, several bottles of wine for the holidays, and my band is taking off.
to quote the Simpsons, "everything's coming up Millhouse!" :)
they say that happiness comes through the accomplishment of goals - whether it's going up a level in a video game or baking the perfect banana bread. this year i've met many goals and that equals happiness!

Yes I'm happy. I love my job, live in South Florida and outside an occasional hurricane the weather is pretty good. Family lives nearby but not to close. I have good friends but no steady boyfriend right now. I go out when I feel up to it and if i just want to chill out and stay home alone, i do....So yes I'm happy...Are you?...........Have a great holiday whatever yours is..ARM

I have happy because I have started to take the path for my life in what I want to do. Learn more about the Dharma and out into real life practise. Eventually, when I can share the Dharma with others, I will likely to be more happy.

Yes, very much so. I am happily married and in love with someone who wakes me up with a kiss and an i love you. I am happy with who I am and how I look at myself and I am proud of the fact that I look to bettering myself everyday and improving and maintaining my relationships. Most of all I serve Jehovah God who is my strength and my shelter. Even if things go bad, and it can, I know that I can fall on him. That is why I am happy ... no matter what.
