Where will Santa and the Elves relocate to? Will there still be ice in Antarctica?

When the Actic see ice dissapears in the summer within the next 5 years, the world will be stunded that this could happen so rapidly. Just look at the extreme example of the Summer of 2007. Because the ice is melting so far ahead of predictions, our climate will be changing faster too. The dark water in the arctic will absort huge ammounts of heat and energy, increasing the global temperature by a considerable ammount in the Summer. Winter and other weather patterns will also change in ways that are impossible to predict until they happen. The ice will reform in the winter, but much latter than usual, it will be much thinner, and will just melt away the next summer. It will also begin melting earlier. Antarctica, However, will change very little in the short term for reasons that scientists do not yet entirely understand. Part of the reason may be that it is high in elevation. Eventually Antarctica will suffer the same fate, but on a time scale of probably thousands of years. I strongly feel that this is humanity's fault, and now we have to solve this problem. As for Santa, Mrs. Clause, and the rest of the elves and gang up at the North Pole, they just may have to relocate to Greenland or Northern Canada!

According to what I've read, while the Arctic ice is melting at a record pace, the Antarctic ice is thicker than ever! Kind of makes ya wonder if the global warming critics might not have a valid point. If the earth is really warming up, shouldn't the ice be melting everywhere? Why is it only the North Pole that's thawing out? Anyway, Santa & Co. should be safe at the South Pole.

There's a lot more ice in Antarctica, so it will take longer, but anybody who denies global warming have their heads up "where the sun don't shine." Global warming does not do away with seasons, but we seem to have passed the point where the ice pack at either pole is completely replaced in the winter. And if Greenland continues to accelerate its glacier loss, we will all be relocating to higher ground. While it may be possible to argue about the causes, global warming is happening, and accelerating. Once the Gulf Stream stops the North Atlantic circulation, we will see major climate changes in the northern hemisphere. So all the Luddites who think it's a matter of belief, not science, will hopefully wait so long to leave their seashore homes they will all drown, thereby enhancing the average intelligence of the survivors.

On Al Gores Cloud City! (he invented it)

It uses more fossil fuels than most countries to stay aloft over the ocean 24/7 but Al got some offsets for Santa this year!

The Elves and Santa will live and work in the cloud city until the day that Jesus comes back Kung-Fu style to kick some secular holy jolly butt to take back the day that bears his name.

Marry Christmas

Elvis has been kind enough to invite Santa and his entourage to move to Graceland.

This will allow us to get on with our lives since we'll move the make-believe in with the mythical to cure a non-existant crisis!

Pure genius! you get a star...

Latest studies show that northern ice is growing. So maybe Santa is out to annex the rest of the world.

They'll relocate to Saturn, where the climate isn't getting warmer. Oh wait, it is there, too.
