We have been together for 3 years, and we are not supposed to be purchasing christmas gifts for each other this year because we got a dog for each other together we live together. Something under $ 10 is ok. Any ideas just so we can have something under the christmas tree. Thanks

Oh, sweetie, you are setting yourself up for some dousey answers. Lets hope the pervs are playing somewhere else.

Why not get a card and really tell him how you feel (hopefully you feel great about him! or else this is not a good idea).
If you're old enough, buy a bottle of wine or whatever you guys like and have a toast with just the lights of the tree on and just enjoy each other.

Just buy a lovely picture frame (hey, even the dollar store has some great ones, plus they have stuff to embellish them with) and you can buy it bigger than the photo you want to put in it, then put a nice photo of the two of you, and the dollar store has all kinds of stickeys and nice things you can decorate the mat around the picture with. You can even handwrite something there. Easily done for under $10, maybe even under $5. Dollarama has a great selection. Be creative!!!

I don't really understand why you want to buy something for him if you all are not supposed to, but what I would do is make a picnic, and go into a park and eat it...If it's too cold where you live, sit in front of the fire place or in front of the Christmas tree and eat...It'll give y'all a good chance to talk, and I guarantee he'll love it.

Hope I Could Help,

One year I made up a poem for my boyfriend to the "tempo" of "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and I made it about some of our favorite memories from that year and I put one "verse" on each page and drew a picture that went along with it and then I bound it all together with a hole puncher and yarn and gave it to him as his very own book of Twas the Night Before Christmas and he thought it was really sweet.

Otherwise..... why not bake him cookies?

A small box with a coupon good for a home massage....or better yet....depending on you....yourself with a bow lying naked under the tree on Christmas morning. :)

what about making him up a voucher book, it costs nothing and gives him lots. some ideas for vouchers are.... a foot rub, a massage, clean his car, do his ironing, run him a hot bath, get him a beer. you can make some quite ranchy....dress up for him in whatever he requests...his choice of position, fulfil one of his fantasies...the list is endless really. just takes some imagination and willingness on your behalf

Um, it depends on what he likes. Maybe you can get something that benifits for the dog and your boyfriend! (an awesome dog sweater with his favourite football team on it?)
I bet he has no idea what to get you!
