I'm with you wholeheartedly on your first three lines, but I must confess that I'm a mushroom hunter. Skies "forever clear" isn't what I'm looking for -- I want rain!
May you have your clear skies when there's something neat to see, otherwise bring on the drizzle ...

I think my son has bought me a telescope... its wrapped up under the tree but i have resisted even touching it ... so I will hope for clear skies too....
