The only time that there's no mail on Christmas Eve is when Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday.
If Christmas Eve falls on Mon-Sat, then: YES, we DO get mail on Christmas Eve!

Yes we do. In fact I will be preparing the machines today to process your mail for later delivery. Believe it or not, main postal centers NEVER close. I have worked many holidays. We also deliver express mail on Xmas day.

Yes, some packages were delivered yesterday but full mail service is available today. Everything should be open .. banks, stores and restaurants ... but with possible early closing hours.
