I live in town now and there are so many trees and lights I don't know how well I will be able to see it.....but I am going to try. No I'm not. My husband won't be able to look at it ...I am not going to mention it.
We have seen the polar ice caps of Mars together before through a telescope. That was cool!!

It's spectacular! I click on livescience.com several times a week just to see pictures like this and read what's new in space. I have seen some great ones and learned so much. Did you know on Jan. 30th a meteor may hit Mars? I'll be out in the cold watching.

Yes it is . Beautiful and haunting all at the same time. It is a picture like this that makes be believe more that there is a God.
I use to have this linked to my computer when I was working and would view each picture daily. Awesome. Have a happy Christmas Typical not me. I do hope your husband is better.

I'm sure the picture in your mind is beautiful, sweetie, but you missed the link. Try again so we can all see, and Merry Christmas!
EDIT: Yes! Beautiful! I am going to put that on my computer desktop, I love it. Thank you so much for that Christmas gift!

I can see my Dad, plowing with a team of horses, coming to the end of a row, and Mother with a picnic lunch under the shade tree near the end of the field. The five of us brothers and sisters, playing, and me looking for Indian arrowheads....I wish I had that picture on my wall..........
