In full, I'll admit, it immediately brings to mind Sarah Michelle Gellar. Just thanks to the -ra(h) first name ending, identical middle name and similar G-L sound surname. ;)
Lora (or Laura) is a fine name, but I might consider avoiding dated filler middle name Michelle (unless it's a significant family name), given that. Or even elaborating Lora to Lorna, Lorelei or some other longer form -- both to avoid the association and give her more options as she ages (Lorelei OR Lora, for example, not to mention the various other nickname possibilities). Just some thoughts. :) Hope it helps.

The best I can say is that it has a nice flow, and the names Lora Glennon sound okay by themselves. I think of Michelle as a classic at this point, rather than outdated. The Beatles immortalized that name in their song, there are still plenty of daddies named Michael, and the name Michelle will always be around.
I prefer Laura Michelle Glennon, but it's your call. Lora sounds a little 'tight'. You have to scrunch up your mouth to say it. Laura sounds more open and you can say it more easily. My humble opinion.
(Maybe Sarah Michelle Geller will be outdated by the time your daughter is grown!)

Lora, with this spelling, looks ridiculous, and Michelle is such an old outdated name, I don't even know where to start....

Yes, I think it is very pretty and sort of old-fashioned sounding. I like how you took an old-fashioned name like Laura and changed the spelling to sort of modernize it.
